- Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Vanpox 50 Oral Suspension is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Vanpox 50 Oral Suspension is recommended. However, dose modifications may be required in children with severe kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Vanpox 50 Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Vanpox 50 Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
