However, dose modifications may be required in children with severe kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Megacef 50mg Dry Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Megacef 50mg Dry Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
