It stops further growth of the bacteria causing the infection and helps treat your infection. This medicine usually makes you feel better quite quickly. However, you should continue taking it as long as it is prescribed even when you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

- Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Maclar Suspension is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Maclar Suspension is recommended. Maclar Suspension is usually considered safe to use in children with mild to moderate kidney impairment. However, in cases of severe kidney disease, dose modifications may be needed - Liver : CAUTION - Maclar Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Maclar Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
