- Kidney : CAUTION - Rapinac Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rapinac Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Discuss with your child’s doctor thoroughly before giving this medicine to your child. The use of Rapinac Oral Suspension is not recommended in children with severe kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Rapinac Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Rapinac Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Discuss with your doctor thoroughly before giving Rapinac Oral Suspension to your child. Regular monitoring of liver function tests (LFT) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.
