Description

Domaspas Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat colicky pain. It reduces abdominal pain and cramps by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and gut. Domaspas Tablet may be taken with or without food. It should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It is important not to miss doses and to keep taking them until your doctor tells you it is safe to stop. Don’t stop using this medicine without asking your doctor. It may cause side effects like vomiting, nausea, dryness in the mouth, weakness, and constipation in some patients. These are usually mild and disappear after a short time. Inform your doctor immediately if any rash or allergic reaction is observed while taking this medicine. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before taking this medicine.

Introduction

In Colicky pain Domaspas Tablet gives relief from the symptoms of colicky pain such as stomach cramp, bloating and discomfort. It works best if they are used when the first signs of pain occur. This medicine works by slowing the natural movements of the gut and by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines. Take this medicine before meals and at bedtime or as directed by your doctor.

Benefits

This is a combination of two medicines: Tramadol and Dicyclomine. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain.

How to use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Domaspas Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
