Doxylmed 100mg Injection is used to treat and prevent nausea, vomiting and vertigo associated with motion sickness. It is also used to treat various allergic conditions as provides relief from runny nose, sneezing, itching and watery eyes. This medicine is taken on an empty stomach. But, before taking it tell your doctor if you are suffering from hypertension as it may increase your blood pressure. It is better to take this medicine in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor as it may be habit forming if taken for a longer time. Dizziness may occur as its side effect, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus.

- Alcohol : UNSAFE - Doxylmed 100mg Injection may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol. - Pregnancy : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Doxylmed 100mg Injection is safe to use during pregnancy. Most studies have shown low or no risk to the developing baby. - Breast feeding : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Doxylmed 100mg Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Larger doses or prolonged use of Doxylmed 100mg Injection may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby - Driving : UNSAFE - Doxylmed 100mg Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. - Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Doxylmed 100mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Doxylmed 100mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor. - Liver : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - There is limited information available on the use of Doxylmed 100mg Injection in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
