Francip-D Eye/Ear Drops is a medicine used to treat bacterial infections of the eyes and ears. It kills and prevents the growth of infection-causing bacteria. Francip-D Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of two medicines: Ciprofloxacin and Betamethasone. Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Betamethasone is a steroid medicine. How to use
