This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

- Kidney : CAUTION - Nimucare P Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nimucare P Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Nimucare P Syrup is not recommended in children with severe kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Nimucare P Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Nimucare P Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Discuss with your doctor thoroughly before giving Nimucare P Syrup to your child. Regular monitoring of Liver Function Tests (LFT) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.
