- Kidney : CAUTION - Nimjet Plus Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nimjet Plus Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Nimjet Plus Syrup is not recommended in children with severe kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Nimjet Plus Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Nimjet Plus Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Discuss with your doctor thoroughly before giving Nimjet Plus Syrup to your child. Regular monitoring of Liver Function Tests (LFT) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.
