- Kidney : CAUTION - Actibull Suspension should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Actibull Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. The use of Actibull Suspension is not recommended in children with severe kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Actibull Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Actibull Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Discuss with your doctor thoroughly before giving Actibull Suspension to your child. Regular monitoring of liver function tests (LFT) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.
