It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever. It may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. - Kidney : UNSAFE - Fluwin Syrup is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor. - Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Fluwin Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease.
