- Kidney : CAUTION - Alosia-P Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Alosia-P Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. The use of Alosia-P Oral Suspension is not recommended in children with severe kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Alosia-P Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Alosia-P Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Discuss with your doctor thoroughly before giving Alosia-P Oral Suspension to your child. Regular monitoring of liver function tests (LFT) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.
