- Kidney : CAUTION - Agesik P Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Agesik P Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor. The use of Agesik P Syrup is not recommended in children with severe kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Agesik P Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Agesik P Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Discuss with your doctor thoroughly before giving Agesik P Syrup to your child. Regular monitoring of liver function tests (LFT) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.
