Tacvido Forte Oral Gel works by blocking calcineurin, an enzyme that activates T lymphocytes and causes inflammation associated with lichen planus. Tacvido Forte Oral Gel should be applied on the site of lesion inside the mouth. Follow the doctor’s instruction and use it in the dose and duration suggested by the doctor. If you do not see an improvement in your symptoms after a week you should talk to your doctor. It is a safe medicine with no common side effects. In general, it should not be used by anyone who has a weakened immune system.
