Alfugress-D Tablet SR is an alpha blocker. It works by relaxing muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily.

Please consult your doctor. - Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Information regarding the use of Alfugress-D Tablet SR during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor. - Driving : UNSAFE - Alfugress-D Tablet SR may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. - Kidney : CAUTION - Alfugress-D Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Alfugress-D Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor. - Liver : CAUTION - Alfugress-D Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Alfugress-D Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Alfugress-D Tablet SR is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
