Dose modifications are generally not required. - Liver : CAUTION - Romithrax 50mg Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Romithrax 50mg Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, discontinue immediately if signs or symptoms of hepatitis like vomiting, paleness, and weakness are observed.
